The service and its use

Flow Clock provides focus timers, time records, statistics and related features. Available features, PRO access, platforms and system requirements depend on your installed version, in-app information and the App Store listing. Website illustrations do not mean that every platform or older version has the same capabilities.

You may lawfully use the App within the applicable license. Do not infringe others’ rights, compromise service security, bypass purchase verification, or copy, distribute, modify or reverse-engineer the App where not allowed by law. Users below the age of legal capacity must obtain a parent or guardian’s consent as required by local law.

PRO and purchases

Some features require PRO. Where offered, plans may include monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions or a one-time purchase. Prices, currency, taxes, duration, trial eligibility and included features are those shown in the App Store confirmation and the in-app information at purchase. This website does not promise a fixed price or trial offer.

Purchases use your Apple Account. A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. “Lifetime” means the purchased PRO entitlement has no subscription expiry; it does not promise indefinite operation, compatibility with every future operating system, or inclusion of products later sold separately. This explanation does not reduce promises made at purchase or your statutory rights.

Renewal, cancellation and restoration

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless canceled before renewal. Apple may begin processing renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. If you do not want a trial to become paid, Apple recommends canceling at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Manage or cancel through your Apple Account’s subscription settings; see Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the App or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Remaining access after cancellation, trial handling and notices of price changes follow Apple’s confirmation and applicable rules.

Supported versions offer Restore Purchases to check valid entitlements for the same Apple Account. Restoration and cross-device access remain subject to product, account, system and store rules.

Refunds and purchase problems

For purchases billed by Apple, use Apple’s refund process. Apple handles eligibility and decisions under applicable rules and law. These terms do not exclude statutory refunds or other remedies. You may also contact us for help with issues such as a purchase not unlocking access.

Your content and data

You keep the rights to the records, text, images and other content you create, and should have the right to store and use it. We process content only to provide the features you choose, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Using the App does not give us rights to publish private content or use it in advertising.

Protect your devices, accounts and important information. iCloud is a sync service and may experience delays or failures; it should not be your only backup. Before changing accounts, uninstalling or deleting data, make sure important content is appropriately saved. Copies in system calendars or other services must be managed in those services.

Changes and service limitations

We maintain and adjust the product to accommodate system changes, fix problems and improve use. Features and external services may vary with devices, regions, permissions, networks or changes by Apple and other providers. Material adverse changes affecting purchased access will be handled under applicable law and store rules, with advance notice where appropriate.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or immediate syncing and alerts in every system state. Timers and statistics support everyday time management; they should not be used for safety-critical timing or as professional advice. Nothing here excludes warranties, liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and applicable license

The App and website code, brand, designs and content we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Your own content is not our intellectual property.

Apps obtained through the App Store are governed by the license provided through that store. Where no custom license is supplied, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies. This page supplements product use and purchase rules; it does not replace your applicable store license. Any conflict is resolved under applicable law and mandatory store rules, without reducing your statutory rights.

Updates, applicable law and contact

Updates to these terms will carry a date. We will give appropriate notice of significant changes affecting purchases or use and seek separate agreement where required by law. Updates will not retrospectively remove statutory rights you have acquired.

Applicable consumer protections and your right to seek remedies from a competent court or authority are not limited by these terms. For a dispute or help using the product, please contact tomatoclock25@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it.
