Privacy Policy
Flow Clock is provided by Wild Hut Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains how the App, its product webpages and support communications handle information. Features vary by version, device and operating system; optional features described below apply when you use them.
You do not need a separate Flow Clock account. Your time records are stored primarily on your device and can sync through Apple iCloud when your system settings allow it. We do not sell personal information, show ads in the App or track you across apps.
Information you save in the App
To provide timers, a timeline and statistics, the App stores your themes, focus and break records, dates and durations, notes, labels and preferences. Versions that support journals and images also store text, image copies, place names and coordinates, weather selections and other content you add.
This content is stored in the App’s data space on your device. Necessary timer state, device identifiers, purchase entitlement caches and sync markers help resume timers, coordinate devices and avoid duplicate records; they are not advertising identifiers. Saving content in the App does not make it public.
iCloud and cross-device features
When your device is signed in to an Apple Account and the system allows Flow Clock to use iCloud, the App uses Apple CloudKit to sync applicable data, such as time records, themes, journals and attachments, and cross-device timer state. Limited usage state may also sync through iCloud key-value storage. Local preferences and necessary state may be kept in device preferences or the Keychain.
Apple processes iCloud data under your account and iCloud settings and the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not operate our own server to centrally store these records. Network conditions, system scheduling, storage space and version compatibility can affect syncing; it is not guaranteed to be immediate.
Permissions and optional system features
You can manage permissions in system settings. Declining a permission affects its related feature; it does not require you to provide unrelated information.
- Notifications, Live Activities and widgets: provide timer alerts and display timer state, which may include a theme. Adjust your Lock Screen, notification previews and widgets to suit your privacy needs.
- Calendar: with permission, the App can read calendar lists and linked events and write record themes, notes, start times and end times to your chosen system calendar. Your calendar provider may then sync or share those events according to your settings.
- Screen Time: on supported devices, distraction blocking uses Apple Family Controls and Managed Settings. The App stores system-provided application selection tokens and allowed-app settings to apply blocking rules, rather than uploading your browsing content to us.
- Photos and camera: used when you choose an image, take a photo or actively save an item such as our support QR code. Image copies attached to records or journals become App data and may sync with iCloud.
- Places and weather: processed when you use these features. Requesting your current city asks for location access while using the App and uses Apple location and geocoding services. Place searches send your search terms to Apple MapKit; weather requests send the relevant coordinates to Apple WeatherKit. Places and weather you save may become part of a journal. The App does not continuously track your location in the background for these features.
Purchase and subscription information
Apple App Store and StoreKit process in-app purchases. The App uses product identifiers, transaction verification results, validity dates and purchase or revocation status to determine PRO access and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card number or payment account credentials from Apple, and we do not ask you to send them to us.
Support and diagnostics
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any screenshots, device information or diagnostic material you choose to include. We use them to respond and investigate problems. Please do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary private records. Our email provider processes support messages.
The App produces local system logs for troubleshooting. The current App has no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics or crash-tracking SDK, and does not automatically upload your time records or journals to our servers for analysis. Any analytics or crash reports you share through Apple are handled according to your system settings and Apple’s rules. Material you send directly to us is handled as described here.
Visiting these product webpages
These Flow Clock product pages do not include advertising, visitor analytics scripts, cross-site trackers or web forms, and do not load external fonts. Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. To deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect the service, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested paths, access times, browser and network information, and may use necessary security cookies according to its service configuration. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
App Store, Apple help and other external links take you to the relevant provider’s service. Email links open your email tool. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Use the App’s available editing and deletion controls to manage your content, and system settings to withdraw permissions or manage iCloud and device backups. Deletions may first be stored as trash or sync deletion markers. Some markers or historical copies may remain to resolve conflicts between devices. Changes need to sync before reaching other devices. Uninstalling the App does not itself delete iCloud data, system calendar events, emails or backups.
We retain support communications only as needed to handle requests, related troubleshooting and necessary legal obligations; we do not use them for advertising. Apple, Cloudflare and email service retention is governed by their respective rules.
For information we actually hold, contact tomatoclock25@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion, or, where applicable law provides, a copy, restriction of processing or an objection to processing. We may reasonably verify requests and explain where we cannot directly access device or iCloud data, while helping you find the relevant controls. You may also complain to a competent local regulator.
Security, providers and younger users
We rely on system access controls, the App sandbox and Apple’s sync mechanisms to protect App data, and limit access to support material as needed. No device, transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please protect your devices, Apple Account and backups.
Apple, Cloudflare and email providers may process information outside your country or region, depending on their infrastructure and your settings. We do not otherwise disclose personal information we hold except to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, address security issues or with your consent. We follow applicable legal requirements when processing personal information.
If you are a minor, use the service with a parent or guardian’s guidance and follow local consent requirements. We do not ask users for their age or knowingly solicit additional personal information from children. A parent or guardian with concerns about information provided to us can contact tomatoclock25@gmail.com.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as features and information handling change, and will show its update date. We will give appropriate notice of significant changes and obtain separate consent where the law requires it. For privacy questions, contact tomatoclock25@gmail.com.
